「天然海老の素揚げ 藻塩で」

"Whole Crispy Prawn Tempura with sea salt”


新鮮な天然海老を殻ごと香ばしく素揚げにしました。

仕上げは、旨みのある藻塩をひとつまみ。

外はカリッと、中は甘くジューシー。

海老本来の味わいをシンプルに楽しんでいただく一皿です。


Fresh whole prawn, lightly deep-fried until perfectly crisp.

Served simply with Japanese seaweed salt to highlight the prawn’s natural sweetness and flavour.

Crunchy, savoury, and wonderfully aromatic.
