Today’s omakase includes our Handmade Crispy Prawn Gyoza Dumplings.
These Japanese-style dumplings are filled with juicy prawn and wrapped in a thin pastry, then deep-fried until perfectly crispy. A favourite snack that goes beautifully with a cold drink!
