熊本の名物料理「からし蓮根」を、当店で一つひとつ丁寧に手作りしました。ツンとした辛味とサクッとした衣が絶妙な一品です。


A classic specialty from Kumamoto, this dish features lotus root stuffed with a spicy mustard filling, coated in a light batter, and fried to perfection. Crisp on the outside with a bold, sharp kick—perfect as a starter with drinks.
