A refreshing glass noodle salad featuring silky noodles mixed with spinach, bean sprouts, and carrots, all tossed in a mildly spicy homemade dressing. Finished with toasted sesame seeds for extra aroma and crunch, this dish delivers a light yet satisfying flavour balance.
