"Panko-Crumbed Lotus Root & Minced Meat Sandwich deep fry"


シャキッとした食感の蓮根で、旨みたっぷりの挽き肉を挟み、パン粉をまとわせて香ばしく揚げました。

和食ならではの食感とバランスを楽しめる、本日のおまかせコースの一品です。


Crispy panko-crumbed lotus root slices sandwiched with seasoned minced meat, then deep-fried until golden.

The crunchy texture of lotus root pairs beautifully with the juicy filling, offering a uniquely Japanese balance of flavour and texture.
