旨みのある自然鶏を、長ねぎとともに一本ずつ丁寧に串打ち。

塩だけで焼き上げ、火入れで引き出した鶏本来の甘みとジューシーさを楽しむ、シンプルで奥深い焼きとりです。


YAKITORI-style skewers made with free-range chicken and Japanese long onion, carefully grilled and simply seasoned with sea salt.

The natural sweetness and juiciness of the chicken are brought out through precise grilling, highlighting the purity of the ingredients.
