「健康鶏とたまごの親子煮」

やわらかく旨みのある健康鶏を、やさしい出汁でゆっくりと煮て、
ふわりと半熟の卵でとじました。
日本では「親子煮」と呼ばれる、どこか懐かしく心が温かくなる料理です。
シンプルだからこそ素材の味がそのまま伝わる、
日本の家庭料理の優しさを感じていただけたら嬉しいです。
This comforting Japanese dish features tender free-range chicken gently simmered in a light dashi broth and finished with softly cooked eggs.
In Japan, this dish is called “OYAKO-NI,” which literally means “parent and child,” referring to chicken and egg cooked together.
