Freshly ground fish is seasoned and gently fried to golden perfection, creating a light yet flavorful Japanese-style fish cake. Served with a touch of grated ginger to enhance the taste.


新鮮な魚をすり身にして、丁寧に揚げた手作りのさつま揚げ。外は香ばしく中はふんわり。おろし生姜を添えて、さらに風味豊かにお楽しみいただけます。
