"New Zealand Local Eel & Cucumber Roll


ニュージーランドで獲れた新鮮な地鰻を丁寧にふっくらと焼き、香り高い海苔と酢飯、みずみずしいきゅうりで巻き上げました。素材の旨さがまっすぐに伝わる一本です。


The eel is locally sourced, freshly prepared, and grilled to bring out its natural richness. Rolled with cucumber and seasoned rice for a clean, elegant balance of flavors.
