丁寧に骨を抜いた手羽先に特製餃子の餡をぎっしり詰め、炭火で香ばしく焼き上げました。外はパリッと香ばしく、中は肉汁あふれるジューシーさ。日本の居酒屋定番をSAKURA流に仕上げています。
