こんがりと香ばしく焼き上げた厚揚げに、さっぱりとした大根おろしと生姜を添えた一品です。
外はカリッと、中はふんわり。素材の味を大切にした、今日のおまかせコースの前菜です。
Thick deep-fried TOFU (atsuage) grilled until golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside.
Served with freshly grated DAIKON radish and ginger for a clean, refreshing finish.
