"House-Made AGEDASHI TOFU"
外はふんわり、中はとろけるようになめらかな自家製豆腐をやさしく揚げ、香り豊かな出汁をたっぷりと。大根おろし、かつお節、青ねぎを添え、素材の旨味を引き立てた一品です。
Lightly fried house-made tofu, crisp on the outside and silky smooth inside, served in a fragrant dashi broth.
Finished with grated daikon, bonito flakes and spring onions, this delicate dish highlights the pure flavours of traditional Japanese cooking.
