This is not your average tofu dish.

Crafted by a Japanese chef with deep respect for tradition, both the tofu and the dashi broth are made entirely in-house, using time-honored techniques. The tofu is delicately deep-fried to create a crisp exterior and a silky interior, then served in a fragrant, umami-rich broth.
