This dish is inspired by chicken nanban, a popular comfort food from southern Japan. We use locally sourced chicken, lightly coated and fried until crispy, then glazed glazed a sweet vinegar sauce. It’s topped with a creamy tartar sauce made in-house with a Japanese twist—rich, slightly sweet, and full of flavor.
