A delicately simmered fillet of Kinmedai (golden eye snapper), freshly caught from the nearby coast. Cooked in a traditional Japanese soy-based broth that brings out the natural sweetness of the fish, with a glossy, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
This dish is a true celebration of seasonal seafood and subtle Japanese flavours — elegant, soulful, and unforgettable.
